Do you take children's clothing?
No, we don't take children's clothing. However, there is a Once Upon A Child located in Fayetteville that does.
Do I need an appointment to bring in my items?
You do you not need an appointment to bring things in, we purchase everyday on a first come, first serve basis. We pay cash on the spot for any items we purchase. We ask that you come at least an hour before we close so we have a chance to go through your things before the end of the day. The average buy takes ten minutes per shopping bag; how long it takes to process a buy depends on how many items you bring in and if there are customers with buys before you. Please bring items in a shopping bag, bin, small box, or laundry baskets (please, not on hangers!)
Are you only purchasing seasonal items?
We purchase all seasons of clothing all year long.
Do you take anything other than clothes?Yes, we take inexpensive jewelry, purses, shoes, and backpacks. We will purchase belts, scarves, picture frames, etc.
Do you pay on consignment?
No, we pay cash on the spot for the items we purchase. When we finish your buy we'll let you now which items we are interested in and offer you a quote that has been created by our computer system. If you accept the offer, we pay you on the spot. We give you back any items we were unable to accept, along with a reason why we had to pass. You also have the option to take your items back if you would prefer not to sell them.
Do you have a return policy? Can I return to another location?
We only do exchanges on Apparel. There are NO exchanges on Jewerly, shoes, purses, hats, scarfs, books, etc. You can only exchange at the location you purchased the item(s). We have very detailed SKU numbers and with that being said, our computer does not have both SKU numbers for both stores.
